To help keep your new blinds and curtains clean, please follow the general advice and instructions below:
Fabric blinds include: Roller blinds, Roman blinds, Panel Glides and Vertical blinds.
When cleaning, always avoid pulling or stretching the fabric. To remove dust we recommend vacuuming using a low suction, soft dusting, or wiping using a non-coloured cleaning cloth
Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by wiping gently with a damp cloth. For stains, solvent free cleaners such as mild clear dishwashing detergents on a clean cloth or sponge works well.
It is important not to use a coloured cloth, abrasive substances or solvents that may affect PVC coatings.
Do not saturate the fabric with water or liquids, and allow the blind to completely dry before operating.
Some variations in colour and weave may be present for blinds made from natural Paper Jute. This does not diminish the quality of the blind as it is deemed a natural characteristic on the fabric.
Accredited soft furnishing Dry Cleaners can be used as an alternative to clean the blind.
Venetian blinds include: Timber Venetian blinds, Econo Venetian blinds and Aluminium Venetian blinds.
Use soft dusters and non-coloured cloths
Avoid the use of any abrasive substances or solvents that may affect lacquered coatings. Dust should be wiped away gently with a damp cloth or a soft duster.
